Our Journey

Our parent company was established in the year of 1999 in Chennai, which involved gas cutting and dealing of high quality steel plates. In the year of 2007, we opened a new customer touch point at coimbatore which is one of the fastest growing cities in Tamilnadu. With well experienced staff and workforce we decided to install a Messer comcut CNC profile cutting machine after understanding the needs of our customers. This machine saved a lot of time and resources to our customers in the cnc machining sectors.

With great understanding and learning we deal with heavy thick steel plates in various grades and their applications in various sectors that build our nation. We believe in trust and quality are the key mantras to follow for a successful business.

Today we are a leading stockist of major steel manufacturers in the country. We tailor the needs of our customers for their required steel profiles by ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Plate Stock

We have a huge stock of heavy-thickness quality plates of the following grades.

1) IS2062E250 / ASTMA36: 20 mm to 280 mm

2) S355J2+N / IS2062E350: 20 mm to 200 mm

3) C45: 10 mm to 120 mm

4) Special Grade - A516 - GR70

We always maintain 2000 tonnes of plate stock.

CNC Proﬁle Cutting Machines

We are equipped with 3 Messer Oxy-Fuel cutting machines.

Machine 1: 16 M x 4 M

2. Machine 2: 5 M x 3.5 M

We are capable of handling material thickness from 20 mm to 350 mm, 1000T per month.

We have experienced CAD/CAM programmers for proﬁle cutting programming.

Material Handling Facility

We have cranes of various capacities starting from 2 tonnes to 30 tonnes.

1) EOT cranes with varied capacities (10T, 5T, 5T)
